Fultondale Founders Day Vendor Application
NOTE: This is for booth vendors only – not food trucks. FOOD TRUCK SPOTS ARE FULL. Also, POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE.
- Payments are non-refundable unless your application is denied due to duplication of products or services within the event.
- Detailed setup and break down information will be sent a few weeks before the event.
- No early breakdown is allowed; vendors must commit to the entire event. Vendors who break down early will not be allowed to participate in future events.
- All exhibitors are responsible for their own personal property and liability.
- All vehicles MUST be out of the set-up area by 9AM and parked in the designated parking area for vendors. Each vendor will be given one parking pass per booth purchased for the vendor lot.
- If you pay for power connection you must provide a power cord. (At least 100 ft./10ga)
- All booths are 10×10 – you may purchase a larger booth for an extra $50.00
- Booth Spaces will be assigned, and our staff will direct you to your assigned spot the morning of the event.
- Only one vendor for Tupperware, Mary Kay, Scentsy, etc. will be allowed (these will be awarded on a first come, first served basis – payment must be made within 3 days of receiving invoice to secure spot)
- This is a rain or shine event therefore all fees are non-refundable
- If a vendor falsifies any information or sells anything other than what is stated on the application, they will be asked to leave.
- Food trucks must have an inspection on file with the City of Fultondale prior to being approved for the event.
- If you bring your own generator, it must be a quiet generator.
