How do I join the Chamber?

How do I update my member profile?
Log into the Member Information Center (MIC) to update your business information, logo, photos, contacts, website, social media, keywords, and representatives.
I forgot my login information. What should I do?
Use the password reset page or contact the Chamber office for assistance.
How can I promote my business through the Chamber?
Take advantage of the online directory, social media, newsletters, ribbon cuttings, sponsorships, events, job board, and MemberBoost Growth Plan.
How do I receive the Chamber newsletter?

How can I sponsor Chamber events?

Do I have to be a member to attend events?
You do not have to be a member to attend our events. However, there is a discounted rate for members.

What communities does the Chamber serve?
While the North Jefferson Chamber proudly partners with the cities of Fultondale, Morris, Kimberly, Warrior, and Pinson, our membership extends well beyond those communities. We have members from Hoover to Cullman and from Forestdale to Tarrant. You don't have to be located in North Jefferson to join the Chamber. If you want to grow your business, build relationships, or reach customers in North Jefferson, a Chamber membership is a valuable investment.
Where is the Chamber office located?
2980 Hawkins Lane, Fultondale, AL 35068 (inside the Fultondale Event Center). Appointments are recommended.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Thursdays and Fridays, we work remotely and are often out meeting with Chamber members and attending community events. If you need to meet with us on one of those days, we're happy to accommodate whenever possible. Simply send us an email, and we'll be glad to schedule a time that works for you.
